How often do I need to use the Jiiv Neo?

For best results, we recommend using the Neo for 3 minutes per day. As your skin gets acclimated to the device, you may use it for longer, but no longer than 30 minutes per day.

Do I have to use the Jiiv Supergel Activating Serum?

While not required, it is highly recommend as it was specifically developed for Jiiv and formulated with conductive properties to significantly increase the effectiveness of the treatment.

Is the Jiiv Neo device safe?

The Jiiv Neo is completely safe. Its Active-Fusion™ Technology combines patented, proven technologies to deliver energy deep within the skin without causing irritation, pain, or discomfort. What you will feel during treatment is a soothing, therapeutic warmth and vibration, mixed with a slight tingling electrical sensation. If the sensation is too strong, reduce the intensity to desired comfort level.

Can anyone use the Neo device?

Everyone may use the Sonic Cleansing function of the device however we do not recommend using the Active-Fusion™ mode if you are pregnant, under the age of 18, have an active cancer diagnosis, or have an implanted pacemaker or other metal device.

Yes! The Neo has a waterproof rating of IPX-5 meaning it can resist sustained, light or moderate water flow.
